We ship all orders directly from our US /China warehouse. Orders are not processed at weekends or bank holidays

As we are operating at a reduced capacity, our dispatch times are a little longer than usual right now although we are working super hard to get your orders shipped asap! We are sending orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Express delivery is unfortunately unavailable at the moment. 

     

      SHIPPING INFO & DISCLAIMERS

       

      Please allow 2 to 3 days business days (with the exception of weekends and bank holidays) to process your order. During peak periods or holiday sale, please allow up to 5 business days to dispatch your order.

      To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame advertised, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping information.

      Standard delivery time is 14 to 28 business days ( 2 to 4 weeks) from the date that your item is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that the order was placed. Depending on your location, delivery time will vary.

      If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your local post officeWe do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered.

      Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

      When you purchase you must do so knowing the import rules of your country. We cannot circumvent these rules nor can we estimate custom charges (import duty) in your country.
      All custom charges must be met by the customer.
